REFRESH
Between 2nd and 3rd periods students will be in "Refresh," which is 3 - 25 minute blocks of time during which students can go to the cafeteria (during the 2021-22 school year students are still eating in classrooms due to Covid protocols), get tutoring help from teachers, makeup missed assignments, attend club meetings or participate in one of the many Enrichment activities offered throughout the school. Enrichment activities include spoken word, chess, trivia, tv shows, game time, study hall, crafts and more.
Students will login to FlexTime Manager, either through Powerschool or the FlexTime Manager website, to choose where they will be going each day. It is recommended that students complete their Refresh schedule a week at a time. If a student is not signed up for any Refresh activities by 3:45pthe day before they will be assigned Reform. In the Reform classroom students will not be allowed to talk or play on their phones. They will get help in setting up their Refresh schedules for the remainder of that week.
Students have until 3:30p the day before to make any changes to their Refresh schedule for the following day.
